HOTELS

Since some places are allowing dogs for Goldstock attendees only, be sure to let them know when you make your reservations. Hotel space is fairly limited, so if you're sure that's what you want, I would book quickly.

For those who want air - this place is under new ownership, and they were extremely nice when I spoke to them, and happy to accommodate the dogs. It's only about 20 minutes from us:

Tyler Hill Farm Country Inn - www.tylerhillfarmcountryinn.com, e-mail at thfci@msn.com, 570-224-1131, allows dogs and has air conditioning, Inn keepers are Art and Mary Ann

Slightly closer to camp are:

The Brookside - allows dogs, 570-798-2263, very friendly

These are all about 15 minutes away - no air conditioning

About 1/2 hour away:

The Colonial Smith Motel - allows dogs, has air-conditioning, 607-637-2989

The Capra Inn - no dogs, has air-conditioning, 607-637-1600

The Lake Como Inn, which we have used in the past, is under new ownership. It is expected to re-open shortly, and I'll add that information as it becomes available.
